About Glen Desouza

Over his career, Glen DeSouza has held various technical roles in engagements that have delivered applications and products that have met and exceeded client expectations. He is keenly focused on the business value of IT solutions and has spent most of his recent engagements in aligning IT architecture with the Business strategy.His various roles have included Chief Architect, Principal Consultant, Project Lead, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Integration Architect, Lead Architect, Technical Lead and Technical Consultant. In addition to his technical skills he has been the team leader of various geographically distributed teams and has led teams with more than 30 consultants in certain engagements. His recent assignments have included leadership responsibilities in delivery of large customer oriented projects.
