- Led Loyalty Partnership Integrations with four major global brands as a Release Train Engineer resulting in tens of thousands of net new enrollments and loyalty point flows. Under my leadership coordinating internal and external development partners three partnerships were launch by end of year in 2021 and a fourth partnership was launched on time with no impact to customer or systems in spring 2022

- Led a project team to design and develop a system combining Natural Language Processing and Optimization algorithms to best match grant applicants with appropriate technical reviewers; the innovative solution resulted in a 200% increase in quality of matches while operating 350 times faster (5 minutes versus 31 hours). Client team won an internal 2019 Collaboration Award for the solution.- Led and delivered an exploratory project to design novel metrics for tracking the relevance and engagement of the client’s outreach to the public using social and traditional media sources and increase the skill and comfort of the team with analytics and coding; the new metrics were integrated into the client’s internal tool to measure and track influence and previously technology unskilled members were able to execute and manipulate a Jupyter notebook. Client team won an internal 2019 Award for Innovation for their influence project. - Designed, tested, and developed unique Natural Language Processing tools to compare new and old tickets and reduce the volume of the ticket queue; the comparison technique led to discovery of new insights and broke down information silos between teams while identifying hundreds of tickets that could be removed.- Researched, designed, and presented an informational workshop on Data Storytelling that integrated traditional data science language with abstract storytelling methodology; the course was presented with tremendous positive feedback, twice to the client, twice internally, as a guest lecturer at a University, and at a Canada-wide conference for Operations Research.

- Evaluated the relationship between macro and micro economic indicators and sales performance using clustering and time series forecasting; project resulted in improved sales forecasting with less than 5% prediction error, leading to better supply chain, inventory, and capital allocation management.

- Studied the impact of several factors on cyclic steam stimulation well performance to provide further information for future development projects, including: the correlation between in-situ mud beds and steam leak rate to gas caps, the impact of well trajectory on production rates, and the effect of well placement above reservoir base.- Developed and performed an economic analysis using Excel on 6 major pad adds comparing sanction expectation to actual to-date results, the focus was on identifying variance from sanction to refine future estimates.- Developed advanced VBA tools and visualization methods to enhance data analysis and automate data collection.- Worked with geologists and engineers from several thermal groups to design a flexible, structured naming system for pad adds in the Wolf Lake area over a 30 year time period.

- Maintained a run of 50 wells as a relief operator in the Sturgeon Lake sour gas field.- Ensured wells and sites complied with Alberta Energy Regulator requirements.- Investigated changing water disposal patterns to increase production from nearby wells.

- Performed laboratory rates analysis, resulting in a 22% cost reduction from current contract, estimated savings in excess of $ 600 K over three years.- Conducted a risk analysis for all of TAQA's abandoned Alberta wellbores.- Constructed a preliminary carbon dioxide assessment tool using VBA.
