I established OMS nearly two decades ago, with the launch of Phase One, a trailblazing security firm that quickly rose to prominence by supplying door supervisors to over 150 licensed venues across London and the South East of England. These venues included lively fast-food outlets such as McDonald's and Subway among others. Despite initial success, the company faced a revenue downturn, prompting a shift towards providing security solutions for corporate sites and the education sector. In 2015, I expanded the company's offerings by achieving its inaugural cleaning services contract, followed by a major fire marshal contract in 2017, managing high-risk sites in London in the aftermath of Grenfell. Demonstrating strategic growth, OMS Group acquired Keysure in 2018, broadening their services to encompass keyholding for 2,500 offices, schools, colleges, and universities throughout the UK.
