I assist my corporate environment clients with Supply Chain Transformation initiatives, advising on supply chain strategy through execution programs with a focus on the functional logistics areas of distribution network optimization, transportation strategy and sourcing, logistics asset management (fleet and warehouse), and inventory strategy and control. Prior to starting my career in consulting, I managed international distribution operations for Mobay (Bayer) Corporation. This included coordination with production, transportation service providers, international forwarders/brokers, and customers.
