One result was that in less than 12 months Cartoys.com became the nation's largest online retailer of Magellan Car Navigation products, larger than Amazon and the fifth largest even among offline retailers including Best Buy and Circuit City. Executed or grew Car Toys national online authorized dealer relationships with Verizon, Cingular (AT&T Wireless), T-Mobile and other carriers. The national online carrier agreement with Verizon Wireless was one of only five in existence at the time and required stringent technical, web site, company and marketing commitments/qualifications.Online Marketing: Planned and executed on aggressive marketing programs to support our merchandising plans, including; SEO, in-house email marketing and list development, paid search, shopping comparison, affiliate marketing and targeted media buys on web portals and ad networks.
