► Hands on position where I run my own business specialising in construction works including but not limited to warehouse renovations, office fit outs, along with domestic refurbishments.My daily activities and duties range across the day-to-day running and management of the business which includes but is not limited to marketing, administration, accounts, invoicing, tax filing, customer enquiries and supplies. Other duties include:- Meeting with new and existing clients and providing detailed quotes for works- Running projects from commencement to completion and sign-off- Ensuring a safe work environment is achieved at all times- Liaising with customers and providing updates on project activities and timelines- Dealing with sub contractors, vendors and suppliers- Inspecting all completed work for maximum quality and workmanship

► Fast-paced position where I led, managed, supervised and coordinated crews of up to 200 personnel (direct and subcontractor) across various high value projects in line with all programming, forward plans and procurement. Key Achievements in role as follows:- Successfully implemented and achieved Federal safety accreditation for the business in 2012. - All projects were completed on time and within budget. - Zero major safety issues or LTIs (loss time incidents) to report on across all projects during tenure.- -Received numerous client recommendations based on quality and efficiency of work completed. Other role duties included:- Liaising with a diverse range of project managers, supervisors and other trade professionals - Running safety meetings on site with personnel and signing off on safety paperwork- Delivering in depth project updates and reports on activities- Inspecting all completed work and monitoring performance of subcontractors on site- Ensuring all materials were in place for project and dealt directly with vendors / suppliers to order- Reading, interpreting and understanding detailed drawings, plans and schematics
