I was responsible for Human Resource Planning, Accountability and Diversity systems and programs for the Government of Canada. In particular I worked on the design of the People component of the Management Accountability Framework to assess departments progress in these areas, and demographic analysis in support of PS Renewal initiatives. We also initiated programs for improving employment equity and diversity in the PS. (PSHRMAC is now known as the Office of the Chief HR Officer of Canada as part of the Treasury Board Secretariat.)

Initially I was ADM for Acquisition Policies and Programs and led initial efforts for procurement reform and the electronic procurement functions, as well as training and contract management and integrity. Following an extended leave for health reasons, I assumed responsibility for several special projects including TB submissions and shared services.
