In 2012, I became an Executive-in-Residence after five years as Director for Executive Programs at Telfer's Centre for Executive Leadership. During the past nine years at Telfer, I built new programs for executive education - high quality leadership courses and customized programs for public, not-for-profit and private sector for Ottawa and region. Prior to this I was an experienced executive in the federal government having worked in international affairs, aboriginal economic development, immigration and refugee programs, acquisitions and HR planning, management accountability and diversity. I am the Academic Director for: -- From Manager to Leader Program (2015, 2016 and 2017)- Telfer Public Sector Leaders Program (4th Offering in Q1 2018)- Executive Leadership Program of Finance Canada (2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014)In March 2016 I undertook a Leadership Development Study for the Senate Administration of Canada.
