Glen Miller is a Professor of Chemistry at the University of New Hampshire. He is an authority in the area of organic chemistry; nanostructured carbons including fullerenes, carbon nanotubes, and graphene; and organic semiconductors including large acenes. His academic research group has successfully synthesized and characterized many nanostructures and organic compounds including large starphenes and isoacenofurans, acene-2,3-carbaldehydes, acenotropones, hydrogenated fullerenes, bis and tris-[60]fullerene adducts of large acenes, hydrogenated SWNTs, fullerene nanowhiskers, and photooxidatively resistant acenes including many pentacene, heptacene and nonacene derivatives. He has also taught courses in organic chemistry, organic molecular spectroscopy, and nanoscale science & engineering to over 5000 students at the undergraduate and graduate levels.Glen P. Miller is also the Founder of VeraRoasting.com , makers of the first and only coffee infused with resveratrol, the beneficial antioxidant found in red wine that promotes Heart, Skin and Neuro Health. In 2014, Glen Miller began coaching an Oyster River High School varsity softball team that had not won a game in over 7 years, the longest varsity softball losing streak in the country at that time. Over the next 9 seasons, the Oyster River Bobcats qualified for the NHIAA state tournament 8 times, and softball student-athletes were awarded All-State recognition 18 times. In 2021, the Oyster River Bobcats won the NHIAA DII State Championship, the first softball championship in school history. The program followed this accomplishment with a 2nd State Championship in 2024.
