CurrentAs an owner’s representative, I help improve the places where people live, work, learn, and play. In my OAC tenure to date, I have:—- Co-authored a development agreement amendment which enabled an $84MM Law & Justice project to proceed after earning unanimous planning commission and majority city and county council approvals.—- Saved a Tech client’s R&D project by helping an AHJ adjust a permitting process to allow temporary uses.—- Partnered with 3 public agencies, a surveyor, and a Tech client’s internal teams to complete 9 interlocking easements, and an operations and maintenance agreement, governing the use of a shared amenity linking the client’s campus to public transit.—- Preserved a Law & Justice project's site selection, and prevented $2MM+ in redesign and site search, by discovering and documenting the project site's vested property rights.—- Authored or peer-reviewed 17 SEPA project checklists, with 0 determinations of significance.—- Developed key performance indicators, owner project requirements, and the operational handbook for a Tech client’s new GIS portal mapping their built environment and ~500 individual property rights.—- Created a site observation reporting template for a mobile app, reducing report-writing time by 2/3.—- Saved ~$4.3MM by using 360-degree photography to document project progress and to vet proposed change orders, historical as-builts, and pay applications.—- Built or coached development of 360-degree photography websites and/or mobile app site observation templates for 29 projects across WA, OR, NM, and CA.—- Achieved total closure of a Higher Education project's warranty items, 50% in the first 2 weeks, while developing an action items template which has been adopted across multiple projects.—- Conducted internal trainings on reducing risk in land use entitlements.—- Served on the firm’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values; OAC Way Rapid Process Improvement; and Growth/OAC University committees, chairing the latter.
