I'm responsible to design, plan, test, implement and integrate building systems, including: network switches and routers, systems used in property operations, life safety and enterprise solutions. I coordinate and control services throughout the supply chain and with colleagues to maintain regular programs for system patching, upgrades and enhancements. I collaborate with senior team members, contributing to the daily operations of enterprise server, infrastructure (wide, local and metro area networks) and storage systems. I coordinate resources and provide hands on technical expertise as a point of escalation to the Service Desk to diagnose and resolve incidents and problems. I develop, deliver and maintain documentation pertaining to administration, end user support and technical management. I report on operations using functional audits and performance monitoring. I create and maintain service catalogs, inventory, diagrams, specifications and configuration item data in document repositories and the computer management database.

I was responsible for taking phone calls from 500+ users at Corporate Media, Regional Radio Stations and CITY Toronto locations in Ontario to help and support them with their use of computer software and applications within a 7\24 environment. This included providing customer service, troubleshooting application issues and ensuring that there hardware and software programs were updated and working properly. I documented and entered tickets for trend analysis and posted common troubleshooting tips within a Wikipedia for other coworkers to help and support them.

I was responsible for taking phone calls from 150+ users at the Toronto Blue Jays located at the Rogers Center and Dunedin Florida to help and support them with there use of computer software and applications within a 7\24 environment. This included providing customer service, troubleshooting application issues and ensuring that there hardware and software programs were updated and working properly. I also helped setup Roger Center Toronto Blue Jays games to ensure the on field personnel and customers in the suites were taken care of. This included testing of phones, televisions, and internet access to ensure they were working properly.

I was responsible for the server, network infrastructure at the Corporate Media Head Office in Toronto to provide business solutions for 500+ users within a 7\24 environment. I built servers, desktops, installed business required applications and helped and supported them to ensure 100% server uptime and Regional Radio stations in Ontario were on air. I was required to perform onsite visits to coordinate hardware and software upgrades with the Local Engineers and Broadcast Technicians. I also ensured that business critical issues, network outages were reported and resolved in a timely matter.

I was responsible to provide help desk technical support to 500+ Rogers Cable, Media, Wireless and Video users located in Ontario within a 7\24 environment. I answered users calls for there computer hardware and software issues. I troubleshooted desktop applications, network outages and ensured these problems were resolved and tickets were logged to engage additional business support groups for further investigation.

I served in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves with The Royal Regiment of Canada and achieved the Rank of Warrant Officer with a Canadian Decoration. I was primarily responsible for being Second in Command for a Lieutenant Platoon Commander and oversee the training and administration of 30 members. This involved leadership skills, coordinating and organization of the training schedule and physical fitness. I'm the Assistant to the Board - Secretary & Past Chair, Web Master and Life Member with The Royal Regiment of Canada Association.
