For over 30+ years I have been involved with all aspects of civil work. From raw land development to heavy-highway roadways and bridges. Waterway restoration to water retention structures. I grew up (quite literally) operating and maintaining equipment. Coming from being a frontline operator to various leadership roles within the industry to being either an owner’s representative for design/ budgeting purposes to a consultant under my own company to insure any/ all aspects of a project were met or exceeded. These projects have been carried out across North America and RC-1 South in AFG. I have worked with various regulatory groups from Chesapeake Bay Watershed to USACE and the Arkansas River Aquifer Management group. • Oversaw all aspects of projects ranging from design & budgets to rough grading to finish grading. • Responsible for manhour and equipment budgets. (including mob/ repair costs)• Followed exact construction specifications. • Complied with all safety regulations.

Maintain records of all correspondence, C/O's, lost time reports, contract negotiations.3. Track budgets, and control cost exposure when completing punch list items. 4. Handling close out and final payments for completed projects.5. Organized client/ architect meetings for all proposed design conflicts and changes.

1. Developed concept of transition from construction based to production based structural precast company.2. Designed production facility, storage area, tracking matrix, logistical concept, and erection process for structural precast building components.3. Developed processes and procedures for safe efficient transportation and erection onsite of structural precast building components. 4. Oversaw cost codes for design implementation of total business expansion package.5. Oversaw design engineers and implantation management staff.

Taught firefighting classes in accordance to state/ federal standards along with proctoring testing modules. Classes included, but not limited to: 1. FF I 2. FF II 3. Driver/ operator 4. USAR 5. Heavy Rescue 6. RIT

The Mazo Fire Department covered a WI village of roughly 1400 persons, along with the surrounding rural area. As a member of this department, I served as a probationary FF, a LT., and finally as Cpt. with duties ranging from tool carrier, to OIC of the scene, RIT member, and Training officer in charge of departmental training and qualifications.
