About Glenn Anderson

The Accident Data Center provides Personal Injury Attorneys with exclusive geographic territories though our partnership business model. Our partners have exclusive rights to all leads in their chosen geographic territory providing proven click through value. We have spent the last 24 months developing The Preceptorship Support Platform, a SaaS solution to automate the Nursing Orientation process. Nursing Orientation is a complex and stressful requirement in the Healthcare Industry. The issues are very expensive. For example: The cost to cover the new nurse while in orientation, the use of paper processes when most new nurses are attached to their smart devices, the stress to be successful in the fast moving world of healthcare are just but a few of the challenges. We provide an easy to use application that delivers real-time data and business process improvement throughout the Nursing Unit to Preceptees, Preceptor, Compliance Officers, HR Managers, and Nursing Educators while moving the orientation from "work books” to "smart devices". As we know, all these professionals are responsible for this process. Compliance Officers have to verify, Nursing Education have to make sure the tasks are complete and up to date and the Preceptor has to teach and validate. Today this is done in workbooks. It is cumbersome, stressful and frustrating to all involved. After the orientation is complete, there is no structured feedback for the new nurse. Our solution allows the Preceptee to continue interaction with Preceptors, Coordinator and Nurse Educators after completion of the Orientation as a Well-Being extension of the process. It is time to move off the old paper based Orientation system and streamline nursing orientations with modern, professional and customizable software. Let us help.
