Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and optimisation of the environmental, technical, financial aspects of daily operations for wastewater and water treatment plants.Managing Health & safety of Employees, Visitors, Equipment and Subcontractors including PSDS responsible for the site inductions, carrying out risk assessments , tool box talks, site security and provision PPE. Management and direction of a team of eight direct O&M staff,and indirectly numerous sub contractors together with responsibility for plant process control. Responsible for time management, holidays, Human Resources and expenses.Coordination of Preventative Maintenance, Calibrations and Small Capital Projects Liasing with teams from head office to co-ordinate the delivery of minor capital projects and ensuring compliance contractors required for calibration and servicing of onsite plant equipment. Direct liaison with governing bodies, clients and the general public. Preparation of monthly status reports and invoicing Managing OPEX, TOTEX and capital replacement budgets
