Glenn's career spans commercial and clinical roles across the healthcare industry, with expertise in building and turning around biotech and pharma organizations. He began at Allergan, advancing through key roles and developing strong ties with thought leaders. At Biogen, he directed business units in dermatology and neurology (MS), followed by Merz Pharmaceuticals, where he built Merz Canada from the ground up and achieved record-breaking profitability. Later, as VP and Head of Neuroscience for Merz North America, Glenn revitalized a struggling team and drove robust growth.
