•Provides RHC-C oversight for 11 Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) clinics providing treatment for wounded, ill and injured Service Members and Families coping with concussion/TBI symptoms from deployment and non-deployed injuries•Manages Regional Intrepid Spirit Center (ISC) at Forts Hood, Bliss and Carson that provide interdisciplinary care for Army's most complex injured patients suffering a combination of cognitive, psychological and chronic pain ailments •Oversees the Neurocognitive Assessment Tool (NCAT) program and assure Soldiers pre-deployment baseline, post-exposure, and clinical evaluations are administered; test results uploaded to repository; submit report to MEDCOM•Coordinates NCAT proctor training for MTF staff/arranges surge support w/MEDCOM during mass deployments•Authors directives to MTFs in support of Army TBI Program and TBI Advisory Committee requirements•Conducts Staff Assistance Visits to ensure optimal healthcare and compliance with RHC-C and MEDCOM guidance•Implements RHC-C use of TBI Portal to screen patients, track outcome measures and monitor provider productivity •Reviews, edits, and submits monthly SITREP/ staffing/ reports and Unfinanced Requirements to RHC-C and OTSG leadership to enhance clinical operations and standards of care IAW MEDCOM Fiscal Year (FY) Funding Guidance•Tracks RHC-C TBI/ISC/NCAT $13.9M budget; collaborate with OTSG/Region/MTF Resource Management analysts to conduct monthly reconciliation meetings to sustain program solvency; forecast RHC-C and 11 MTFs annual budget •Monitors MTFs TBI training compliance rates and ensure statistics for more than 10K healthcare personnel are updated in the Defense Training Management System IAW Service directives and FY training guidance•Interfaces with Behavioral Health to monitor TBI BH provider productivity using Capacity Assessment Reporting Tool
