Manage and support plants in the development and deployment of talent education, training, and development programs. To provide education, training, and development programs and activities that will enhance team member growth as well as encourage the pursuit of productivity and quality. To determine training needs of plants team members and work with plants to design/develop training programs, which will fit, and support the unique team member plant environment.

Corporate trainer responsible Manager and Supervisor training program. This program involves technical and non- technical training. Also, developed and delivered trainings for non-Exempt associates.

Develop trainings for all of KYB. Coordinate and track all trainings. Manage employee suggestion program. Responsible for shop floor training developing and delivering technical and soft skill material. Research and coordinate outside trainings to fit manager’s needs. Prepare training plan and budget for each fiscal year. Develop and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding. Created a DOJO training room with training simulations and hands on training in many technical and Toyota Production System techniques. Maintain all training records. Also, create training matrix and training plans for each position. Help coordinate a Maintenance program with IVY TECH community college.

Developed on the job training work instructions, Problem solving, time studies and work combination tables. Also, developed Toyota Production System (Kanban, pull system, 5S, one piece flow and one point lessons etc.).

Supervised manufacturing associates.

Worked with Production Engineering with line layouts and developed manufacturing trainings.

Autonomous Maintenance Coordinator scheduled deep cleaning of machines and preventive maintenance. Helped develop TPM program.
