- Led design teams to create effective, brand-consistent media across multiple online and offline channels and outlets for major statewide media campaigns for clients across the United States;- Mastered production workflows at the creative director and production levels for digital, video, print, direct mail, and outdoor, with full hands-on implementation of complex designs starting with creative briefs and progressing through concepting, initial artwork, and finished products using the entire Adobe Creative Suite;- Pioneered the use of viral media and non-standard approaches to storytelling for political and advocacy communications.

- Established Visuality as a 3D animation and video production company;- Created highly complex 3D animated effects, including complete virtual sets for long-format video that were indistinguishable from live sets and won awards for “camera operation.”- Constructed complete web sites for local clients such as Econoprint and Nicolet Instruments using visual and coding tools, starting with initial wireframes through to coding and hosting.

7Gen was a small but significant business process and management consulting firm with a Native American CEO and focused on Native American businesses and organizations. During my tenure as CFO I handled the full gamut of accounting, tax, and financial reporting duties at 7Gen, ranging from filing initial S-Corp paperwork to running payroll to preparing annual tax returns and financial performance documents for management. I also wrote and delivered complex proposals to Native American business and government interests.

As a consultant at Three Lakes, I wrote business plans for organizations as broad as the Ho-Chunk Nation and as new as a mom-and-pop operation renovating and reselling household appliances. I also worked to connect new business ventures with state agencies and other potential investors that could fund startup and planning costs. I had long and mutually beneficial consulting relationships with established businesses as well, providing them with long-range operational planning assistance, TQM (total quality management) approaches to solving business problems, and small-business-centric financial analysis tools to measure performance.

As a freshly-minted MBA, I worked with the Enterprise Center to teach small business classes, research and write case studies for incorporation into MBA program materials, and prepare comprehensive valuation studies for companies engaged in merger talks.
