It includes the delivery of a 270 berth regional marina and boat harbour, approximately 3,500 residential dwellings in a mix of land, housing and apartments, a new town centre with retail, restaurants, hotel, community centre/library, tavern and residential apartments, a championship 18 hole golf course and business park.I was originally employed on this project by Walker Corporation and retained on the project after successive takeovers by Australand and Frasers Property.I have been responsible for all facets of this project, leading a large multi-disciplinary team. This has included the successful delivery of one of the largest pieces of regional boating infrastructure on the east coast of Australia.
