Led various teams managing all aspects of Buying, covering a number of consecutive appointments holding accountability for Deli, Bakery, Non foods and Health and Beauty over this time. Also coordianted Buying activity during the merging of the two major supermarket chains within Coles Myer Ltd.

Developing and Leading a team of Area Managers responsible for overall operational team of 4500 employees across 50 supermarkets. Corporate strategy execution, financial management controls, accountable for Sales, Income, dissipation, remuneration and expense management for all stores in the region.

Appointed to SA State merchandise mananegr then later relocated to take up the same role for WA. Accountable for managing a team of skilled merchandise specialists to develop local merchandise and buying strategies and implement national merchandise plans across state supermarket fleet. Responsible for achievement of state sales and income budgets, new and refurbished store range and layout development- Micro marketing.

Throughout this period I held numerous Buying positions for a range of categories across packaged grocery food, non-food and dairy fozen.
