Glenn commenced a career in Human Resources and Recruitment in Sydney and soon realised he had a passion to grow his expertise in streamlining businesses processes, developing organisational structures and creating positive change to an organisation. Glenn decided to commence a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Technology Sydney. In February 2007 Glenn and his wife decided to relocate to the sunny Gold Coast where he was fortunate enough to secure a position within The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group (RWSP) as Human Resource Manager. His value to the organisation was quickly recognised and he was promoted to General Manager for the group. The progress continued and Glenn also finalised his MBA and also became a Licensed Real Estate Agent.In May 2010, a restructure of the organisation saw Glenn further promoted to the role of Commercial Leasing Team Leader for RWSP Commercial Gold Coast. Through leadership, encouragement and mentoring, the Commercial Leasing team grew into market leaders on the Gold Coast. The following year (2011), he stepped into the area of Commercial Sales to assist Group Director, Gregory Bell, in heading up this team. In 2012, Glenn’s role was further diversified to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for RWSP, whilst still assisting Gregory Bell with the day to day running of the Commercial business.September 2014 seen Glenn change industries in a move to the construction industry, with a prominent, well developed Gold Coast Company, Condev Construction as Chief Operating Officer which advanced to Director of Business, Systems and Compliance.The role gave Glenn the opportunity to manage multiple diverse internal teams, including; Human Resources, Finance, Workplace Health and Safety, Marketing and Communications. Including development and delivery of company wide strategic plans, creation and implementation of Workplace Health and Safety systems (very arduous in construction) to comply with National and International standards and reporting to an advisory board.September 2021 seen Glenn commence a consulting business where he has consulted in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer full time to Alroe Constructions (2 years) overseeing the operational side of the business. July 2023 seen Glenn take on a consulting role with Hospitality Group, Big Rocks Hospitality overseeing a number of diverse commercial and residential projects.
