Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing overall management to all contractors on the project installation and ensuring completion in a safe, cost effective and timely manner. Delivering on contract milestones and providing the appropriate reporting including; sub-contractor status of work, progress status, critical and planned activities and resources. Ensuring compliance of the EPC contractor’s construction activities in accordance with the project procedures and contract requirements. Providing practical advice and guidance to ensure Central Petroleum environmental standards are achieved across the projects and commitment to Environment, Health, Safety and Community. Promoting all corrective action requirements to prevent disruptions to construction activities so there are no delays to the work schedule. Lead the EPC contracting and procurement strategies to maximise value to Central Petroleum while mitigating the risks associated with the projects. Budget implementation and cost control.  Ensuring all required materials and equipment are available on site to meet installation dates.

Fairview, Glng Upstream Project

 Exceptional technical knowledge across muliti-discipline areas with an ability to keep abreast of current developments and trends. Develop and promote a positive safety culture by actively participating in the implementation and continuously validating the importance.  Building strong and successful work crews to achieve project objectives. Lead input into project design, construction and commissioning teams to implement schedule adherence and improve initiatives that minimise lost time. Working with quality and safety management systems and Australian Standards. Ensure EPC contractor and sub-contractors met all project requirements.  Supervise management, commissioning, operations, and trade personnel on the Hub. Manage the Hub to ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget. Shutdown planning and supervision. Maintain records, compile reports and update management systems. Budget implementation and cost control. Equipment condition monitoring and assessment. All aspects of Human and Industrial Relations. Constructability reviews.

Moomba / Ballera / Jackson (Sa & Qld)

 Maintained progress and safety of all employees throughout the shutdowns. Drove major contracts with a particular focus on safety, people, quality and planning. Supervised all Mechanical / Electrical & Instrumentation work.  Completing all necessary documentation and administration for the project including the completion of Quality documentation, progress information and variation works. Budget implementation and cost control.  Ensuring all required materials and equipment are available on site to meet installation dates.  Conducting work audits on job completion. Estimation of capital works / maintenance costs.

 Overseeing and supervising all field personnel. Taking accountability for site related action. Made sure all work was completed in line with the project schedule. Developed and effectively communicated the project plan and schedule to workgroups. Resolved any site issues, with direct interface with the client, through coordination meetings and discussions. Dual role as Project Manager - Small Projects Team. Project initiation and delivery for remote area oil and gas projects across 2 states.  Constructability input and Value Engineering analysis and assistance.
