Whilst the name was distinct, it was difficult to Google which was counter intuitive for a web company. In 2015, the company re-branded and chose the internal name of the eCommerce Platform since 2007 being TOTECS which stands for Total eCommerce System/Solution. After months of trying to think up a new name, TOTECS was selected upon learning that I had purchased the domain totecs.com in 2007. It was meant to be and the drinks that night were shouted by me.
