Operations Management at Builders First Source is a welcome change in my career path. As a operations professional, I look forward to creating a new culture for my co-workers and an exciting work environment aimed at customer satisfaction and support. I enjoyed a distinguished career in the printing industry, but it’s time to move forward. In the beginning, operating printing presses in the most demanding environments, to managing 30+ employees and the responsibility of managing four separate departments. Experienced in all aspects of prepress, print manufacturing, finishing and bindery, as well as the manufacturing of envelopes from raw material.Also experienced in electrical and mechanical service of heavy manufacturing equipment. Warehouse and receiving experienced with forklift certifications. Responsible for the annual budgets of these departments, they had a combined budget of almost two million dollars. I have certifications from the Printing Industry of America (PIA) as a master lithographer, also Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma educational training.I am excited to start with a new organization that has a solid reputation and an amazing future.
