I provide consultancy and advice to DC Trustees, employers and Management/Governance Committees on:- Regulatory change and compliance- Best practice DC scheme governance- DC investment governance- Educational standards and Trustee/Management Committee member training- Promoting good member outcomes through effective scheme governance

During my time at The Pensions Regulator, I completed the following regulatory projects:- Delivering the work of the Investment Governance Group (IGG), including consultation on and publication of the IGG's DC Investment Governance Principles- Development and delivery of TPR's 6 Principles and 31 Quality Features for good governance of a DC scheme- Managed the development of content for the revised DC modules of TPR's Trustee Toolkit- Advised the Dept for Work & Pensions on drafting of the new DC Minimum Governance Standards which came into force in April 2015
