Primary role is to tender for works, followthrough with the works from start-up to completion, carryout all aspects of the works from project management, sitemanagement, procurement of contractors, arranging sitelabour & management, OH&S set up, budgetaryrequirements, purchasing & completion handoverdocuments. We deal with large State & FederalGovernment agencies, Private Organizations (Shoppingcentres & professional businesses). I have also procuredRapid on to Several Select Tender registers with LGA’s,Macquarie Hospitals, UNSW, private architects &engineers for heritage works & Several FM providers toCommercial & retail sectors. My portfolio is currently from$0.20 mil—up to $1.0m to provide the ‘middle market’ ofRapid’s business in NSW. I also assist the majorconstruction division within Rapid for tendering. Currentlymanaging Heritage refurbishment of group homeChatswood ($650K) & rectification of Unit complexLilyfield ($400K) together.
