The role works in close collaboration with IT… Show more The Operational Contract Manager is responsible for the financial and contractual governance and oversight of all outsourced IT services delivered to AIB across specific IT infrastructure service towers, including the associated retained IT SW/HW/Telecoms contracts.This consists of financial forecasting and spend management, service credit tracking, deliverables and obligations tracking, risk identification and issue escalation. The role works in close collaboration with IT Relationship Management, Service Level Management, Service Delivery, Technical Architecture and Demand Management to maintain a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the contract; modify the as needed; educate AIB leadership on AIBs and the Service Provider(s) obligations within the overall agreement; report on the status of these obligations; manage issues related to the contract; and assist in interpreting the contract as needed. In cases where contract terms are in dispute between the AIB and the Service Provider, this role is critical in providing contractual insight and is the subject matter expert advocate for the client. I had responsibility for all matters relating to Operational planning, control and reporting across Property and Facilities Management. My additional responsibilities include managing the HR and Admin roles, IT project support role including implementation and ongoing support of the facilities software and the team tasked with producing, analysing and reporting on dashboards and relevant MIS.
