Primary responsibilities included (but not limited to): design, maintain and implementation of the companies network including LAN, WLAN, WAN, computers, and software. Configured and installed software, network servers, routers and optimization. Secured and monitored the day-to-day operations and network. Build MAC OS Servers and make accessible for employees with both mac and pc operating systems while administering server access. Monitor both MAC OS and PC devices for security flaws. Setup employees computers with soft phones and desktop VoIP. Develop, assist and manage crm applications/software (i.e. SalesForce, Zoho). Create a rapport with third party vendors. Trained employees on how to spot security breaches, flaws via emails, web browser exploits and addressing technical issues. Monitored and maintained company email accounts.  App creation and development for quick access to company operator/nurse for flight.Secondary responsibilities include design, implementation and maintenance of company websites. Optimize websites for SEO rankings and monitor/manage PPCs (pay-per-clicks) for both natural and paid keyword optimization. Modify/ edit/create documentation, images, graphics, new company logos and marketing material (i.e. video ads and graphics for social media networks). UI/UX development and App creation for company needs to reach potential clients.

Provided project management and IT support to various departments to install, implement and deploy new software and/or hardware. Create documentation and tech IT support team on how to use and administer new equipment and software. Work with third party vendors to coordinate and configure volt server, network switches, manage Verkada Security System, configure RFID printers and Bartender software. Configured new PC’s for employees with Manage Engine software, Amazon Work Space console and Crowd Strike. Configured and managed network printers to Printer Logic, as well as manage and install IoT devices to network (i.e. network thermostats, timeclocks, printers, etc.). Coordinate third party vendors to install Wireless Access Points around warehouse, intrusion hubs, network fiber installation, projector placement, mag locks, intercoms and door badge readers. Configure and teach facilities department about to use HVAC thermostat system. Configure, teach and create documentation on how to administer backup software (Smart Deploy) for IT support team.

Help endpoint users with request on various computer hardware/software related issues. Work with team on resolutions for issues and document the resolutions in company central database to access for later reference. Continuous use and knowledge building of Active Directory, Microsoft products, Apple products, and various 3rd party software (including but not limited too: Veeva Vault, Kronos, SalesForce, SecureID - RSA, Pulse Secure, Cisco AnyConnect, WebEx, Skype, MS365 software, Amazon Web Service(AWS) and more), knowledge needed to resolve issues from end users. Utilized project management software to document and keep track of end users issues and projects needed to address for a later date. Administered and remotely installed software for end users as well as provide access to software via AWS and other cloud hosting environments.
