• Essential Duties:
• PRM Process (Product Risk Management) – Understand product manufacturing risks early in the development cycle in order to mitigate. Collaborate with Engineering to determine critical part features and review.
• Pre-Production Run Process – Performed in the production environment to evaluate readiness and resolve production issue before the larger first production run.
• Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation utilizing knowledge in engineering fields such as mechanical, chemical or electrical.
• Devise sampling procedures and design or develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting Quality and reliable data.
• Manage activities at distribution centers to address issues with Quality on products including spot checks, product holds, sorting and rework. Maintain a database that collects all data associated with these Quality.
