About Glenn Henry

I’m a Product Manager with broad-based commercial expertise, with an impressive ability to deliver, profitable Product programs, successful product commercialisation, for generating revenue and building motivated customer-focused teams across diverse industries and delivery channels.I like a challenge, I’ve got the experience, insight and intelligence along with the motivation and the passion to create great products that help people and enterprises achieve their goals.I believe that to get the best results products need to be accessible, convenient and enjoyable for people to use, they will come back and be advocates if the experience feels right: > It’s all about convenience, people want to interact/transact at times and in places that are convenient > Without people/users you don’t have a business, you need to get people looking at and thinking about your product> If people enjoy using the product, they will remember, and they will return/re-use next timeI also believe that you need to involve everyone with “skin in the game” in creating products or experiences:> Ask the customers, understand their problems, what irritates them about using the product? - Get people to use your product, use prototypes, do AB testing, guerrilla testing, whatever resources and budget allow to get feedback early to understand what works> Engage the whole team in the development of the product. They understand the product best, include - operations and customer support, sales team, development engineers & testers> Understand the data - where do people drop out of the process? Where do they spend the most time? Where do they come from? How do they find your product or service? The thing I love about being a Product Manager is that you get to learn lots of different skills and need be across different areas of expertise. I am an expert at being the bridge between Agile development teams and the non-agile enterprise, facilitating meaningful communication between the diverse parts of organisations. I get to work with a diverse range of people with all sorts of skills and competencies across different industry domains. In short, I find it’s a role that satisfies my inquisitive nature.
