My current position involves general oversight and assistance in the day to day running of this high volume five star restaurant. My Duties are staff management, rotas, cash handling and reconciliation, daily use of HACCP, stock control, labour control, using hand on methods, and general control in all areas of the restaurant to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. I am also fully accountable for all financial acumen on the Lincoln sight and around three million turnover. I have been the General Manager at Damon's for three years and part of the senior management team for ten years. I also have management experience at multi sight level with Damon's.
