For 46years I have been successful in helping the world’s leading companies achieve their high volume manufacturing goals . I have led large engineering teams including Mechanical, Electrical and Software to successfully complete over 100 high volume production systems. I have always had a unique vision for creating high volume machinery.Many of the engineers I have worked with over the years have called me a Mechanical Genius . I was one of the early developers of machines, utilizing continuous motion technology to assemble various components at rates up to 1,000 parts per minute.I began my career at Millipore corporation . When one of the founders noticed my talents, he awarded me a full scholarship to pursue my BS degree. At Millipore I became a project engineer at age 23 , responsible for the micro web casting equipment. A roll to roll machine that produces microporous membrane. This web handling knowledge led me to several other companies that recognized the roll to roll experience to be very valuable. Including, Polaroid, Avery Dennison, Depend diapers . I feel very fortunate to be still doing what I love . These days I find myself utilizing my collective knowledge to help create a green future through automation of LI batteries. I am very thankful to my professors and all of the senior engineers that helped me get to where I am .In my current capacity I am working to pass my knowledge to the next generation of Process and equipment design professionals. My current goal is to fill Giga factories with high volume battery manufacturing equipment. A goal that requires in depth experience . When I first began my career, I knew the Engineering I would learn in the field was a very tall mountain to climb. I’m very satisfied that I am at the top of the proverbial mountain in my field .
