At this mid-point of my career, I am a effective Training Professional, a constructive and collaborative Program Designer, and an innovative proponent in Employability skills development. Over the last couple of years’ I have been making a career transition in to the Career Education and Development industry.Having worked with various cohorts from youth struggling with secondary school, to under and postgraduate students aiming to enter into the workforce and most recently in supporting mid-career professionals with exceptional skills to make difficult decisions, my work is as a guide, a support and a reflective surface for career decisions.My work is a demonstration of my passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals who require mentorship, guidance and careers assistance. Having commenced study as a student of the Graduate Certificate in Career Development, I am committed to continuous improvement and further developing my skills and knowledge in this field.
