Responsible for the engineering, design, implementation and system performance monitoring for an area of Meteor’s GSM network. Worked with the responsible Site Acquisitions, Construction and Operations group to ensure that Meteor achieves a cost efficient network and that coverage was provided in clearly prioritised locations.Analysis of drive test surveys. Monitor system performance indicators. Take necessary actions to ensure company KPI’s are met at all times.

Responsible for the ongoing monitoring and first line corrective action of all the network elements (MSC, BSC, VMS, SMSC, CBC, Tx, WAP GWY, etc.). Produce reports on the performance of the network, alarm clearance analysis and the routine maintenance of the network elements.
