    Glenn designed and prototyped the technical solution for a NoSQL data cache to be used for large data analytics and other read-optimized functions. With a small team of developers, the implementation of that solution reduced data load times by roughly 100x (new load times are less than 1/100th the original load times). That same team also used Glenn's prototype to rewrite the front-end of the web application to use client-side templates which reduced network traffic by roughly 10x.
