Board-certified Dermatologic Surgeon Dr. Glenn Kolansky heads a skilled team of professionals at Advanced Dermatology Surgery and Laser Center, a private practice based in Tinton Falls, New Jersey and he serves as Chief of Dermatology at Riverview Medical Center. In his practice, Dr. Glenn Kolansky provides a broad range of services, such as skin rejuvenation, Pixel laser treatments, laser hair removal, laser removal of broken capillaries and telangiectasias, and tattoo removal. He also offers treatment for atypical moles or nevi, melanoma, and multiple skin diseases, including eczema and acne. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Glenn Kolansky received his undergraduate training at the Long Island University Brooklyn College of Pharmacy. He later received his MD from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. From 1993 to 1995, Dr. Glenn Kolansky obtained fellowship training in the Mohs micrographic technique at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics Department of Dermatology.He has also appeared as an expert on Nancy Grace Headline News multiple times. Dr. Glenn Kolansky has written seven papers for peer-reviewed journals. He has also contributed to several books, including chapter called "Surgical Management of Skin Tumors and Diseases" in Dermatologic Principles and Practice. Dr. Glenn Kolansky wrote a chapter, "Epidermal Tumors" for Roenigk's Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Glenn Kolansky is also a Fellow of the National Board of Examiners and The American Board of Dermatology, Inc. A recipient of many accolades, Dr. Glenn Kolansky was most notably honored with American Cancer Society, Inc.’s Physician of Hope Award. Dr. Glenn Kolansky also achieved the James J. Goldberg Award, and induction into the prestigious The Rho Chi Society for pharmaceutical professionals.
