Glenn Lowe is a Director for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services within the South-Central Region. Glenn’s primary focus is on the training and career development of junior level professionals located in the region, including Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and management of junior level personnel. Glenn began his career in Real Estate in 2014 after majoring in Finance and Economics at the Cox School of Business at SMU. He has practiced across a wide range of property types including Retail, Industrial, Office, and Multi-family, with an emphasis on medical office/healthcare related properties. Additional valuation services rendered include highest and best use analysis, feasibility studies, market rent studies, tax analysis, among other items. He has proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise and other financial modeling software. Formerly, Glenn helped pioneer the region’s Valuation Training Program (VTP), in which he held many of the same responsibilities that he does currently. He has also supported CBRE’s eminent domain/condemnation practice including right-of-way, tax assessment disputes, bankruptcy, and related business lines.
