Responsible for all facets of retail sales and supervision for Adventure Aquarium merchandise division, a property of Herschend Family Entertainment. Supervised a staff of five managers and 40 sales associates in a $5M merchandise division including retail gift shop, souvenir photo imaging, experiential craft kiosks and movie theater. • Grew both gross sales and profit by 3% over prior year for five continuous years with 2018 breaking all time revenue record for property. • Increased lessee operation revenue 50% in two years by negotiating contracts for all third-party vendors providing services.
