For more than 25 years, Glenn has been conceiving and steering the delivery of high quality, large scale commercial and residential projects across Australia and South-east Asia. His broad experience in the design and documentation of building projects allows him to successfully navigate a wide spectrum of economic, political, natural and built environments for an equally varied range of building typologies.Glenn has a comprehensive understanding of the role detailed design plays in creating successful architectural outcomes. His concept design skills were honed in designing large scale projects in Malaysia and Indonesia in commercial, retail, hospitality and residential projects. From there, Glenn headed numerous design teams in Asia and Australia charged with exploring the feasibility of many large urban renewal developments.In 1997, he co-founded SDA International Architects. As a director of SDA, he designed, documented and administered the delivery of mainly luxury residential projects in Sydney and Jakarta, providing him a thorough understanding of the commercial and political realms underlying all development solutions.A decade later, Glenn co-founded Benson McCormack Architecture (BMA) in 2008, a design practice committed to delivering high quality commercial, mixed use and residential projects. The ongoing success of BMA is attributable to the team’s expertise in front-end development planning and design delivery and our refreshingly different approach to most architectural firms. We have an enduring commitment to providing our many clients with a truly collaborative partnership approach, respecting both commercial and design aspirations with a tailored and personal attention to detail. Glenn founded Ethos Architects Pty Ltd where the business was focused on providing clients with personal attention to detail deserving of the many intricate and complex small to medium sized residential projects undertaken in Sydney. During this time, Glenn consolidated long-term client relationships that have stayed faithful throughout his career whilst developing his architectural aesthetic and knowledge of delivering projects in a complex socioeconomic and political environment.

SDA International Pty Ltd (Sydney) was founded by Glenn to serve as the international design arm to its sister company, PT Sekawan Daubney Arsitek (SDA) in Jakarta, Indonesia.The practice continued to expand on the experience gained at TRDG, developing numerous projects in Jakarta whilst expanding our presence in the local Australian property market with many medium to large residential and mixed-use commissions in Sydney.

Formerly The Rice Daubney Group (TRDG), Glenn was employed as a senior design architect responsible for leading design teams in the delivery of many larger building projects in South-East Asia, particularly Jakarta, Indonesia.Glenn was responsible for conceiving and documenting many key projects including the Sentral Mutiara Complex ($US 310m) incorporating luxury hotel (JW Marriott Hotel), luxury residential apartments and a commercial office building.

At architectus, Glenn broadened his experience in the concept design and construction documentation of numerous large scale commercial and residential projects in Australia and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.He worked on the refurbishment of the heritage listed CML Building in Hunter Street, Sydney, concept design for the redevelopment of Birkenhead Point, the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Double Bay and was involved in several major design competitions such as the Sydney Olympic Village and Governor Philip Tower.

Employed as an architectural assistant [for the formerly known SJPH], Glenn oversaw the construction of several new and refurbished commercial assets for the Commonwealth Banking Corporation (CBA), including computer headquarters in Burwood and Liverpool Street, Sydney.
