Reporting directly to the CEO and Founder and Chairman of the Board, held total oversight in the development of the accounting and finance department. Promoted 4 times while on active duty for four years, from entry level Private/E1 to Sergeant/E5. As a non-commissioned I was delegated as a squad leader and was responsible for the training, mentoring, and both the physical and mental health of all thirteen members of the squad.Ensured that orders from the chain of command were carried out by delegating tasks and supervising the completion of the order. Was responsible for the training and mentoring of the thirteen junior Marines within the squad. Was responsible for evaluating their performance on a daily basis and to provide one-on-one counseling with each member of the squad on a monthly basis to provide guidance of their current performance and gather feedback form the Marines as to their views and opinions on ways to help the squad run more efficiently. Battalion Commander's Personal Security Guard (PSG): Was responsible for the safe transportation of the battalion commander via vehicles and provided increase firepower when the Battalion Commander was on foot. Was responsible for the entire mobile command security element, maintained supervision of the security element when stationary ensuring positions were correct and the watch was organized; when mobile, delegated routes and placement of the other vehicles within the convoy.

Was responsible for constructing presentations and materials of classified information to the battalion and company officers and staff. Absolute precision and accuracy was necessary when constructing presentations as the briefs provided instruction for upcoming operations.
