Reporting to the VP, Operational Excellence, the National Manager, Clinic Implementations is a strategic role providing oversight, management, and consultation to existing and new Sentrex network of clinics, across all therapeutic areas.

The Clinic Operations Manager supports the senior leadership with the following duties:• Works with partner physicians, contractors, designers, real estate agents, field support and sales teams and ownership to plan and coordinate clinic development opportunities as opportunities arise• Develop detailed workback schedules and business plans for the development, construction, planning and operations of new and existing clinics• Drafts corporate Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for Sentrex’s clinic operations • Hires, trains and manages staff at existing and new clinics• Manages clinic budgets and forecasting for national and individual clinic operations• Support other governance activities at Sentrex including: Business Continuity Planning and disaster testing and planning, SOP and policy development, Policy review and project management
