The Service Product Manager is responsible for managing the service costs of an instrument throughout the product lifecycle. The duties of this position fall include: involvement in product development to ensure that new products have been designed to be serviceable and that the field is ready to support the product at launch; provide detailed technical support to the field; help to resolve reported field quality issues; and identify opportunities for driving down service costs.
