Glenn was the subject matter expert and the solution architect to scope and deliver a layer 2 cybersecurity solution, designed for the Operational Technology domain. This involved leading the research and conducting proof of concepts to identify cybersecurity solutions across a range of technologies, including signature based detection, anomaly based detection, privileged access management, malware detection and security access models.Glenn then wrote the function and physical requirements for the design including architectural implementation. This process involved gathering requirements from various stakeholders, identifying security issues and risks. Glenn is continually up to date with the latest cyber threats and cyber actors and provide thought leadership to the team and outside stakeholders.

Adhering to LEAN practices as employed by the manufacturing plant.I also performed the role as a Design Authority for the Land 121-3 Defence Vehicle acquisition project, making expert judgments of significance and ensuring all required technical studies are undertaken and artifacts generated to support the certification. I formed parted a team, as the System Engineering Manager, to develop bid documentation for the Land 121-3 tender submission.During the Land121-3 and Land 121-4 projects I have been responsible for delivery of project deliverables in the areas of system engineering management, verification and validation, safety, configuration management. As the Cost Account Manager (CAM) I was responsible schedule & cost (including bid estimation) system engineering, configuration management and verification and validation phases. Also within the Land 121-3 and Land 121-4 projects I was responsible for the management of the personnel within system engineering, configuration management and verification and validation teams, which included permanent and contracting staff.
