Role- Part of Molex Commercial Product Division working on products for mobile phone industry.- Translate customer requests or problems into solution or products. Launch the latter into market. Maximize profits in existing products and prune those unsuccessful ones. Responsibilities- Responsible for the P&L of the products worth around US$ 25million revenue.- Studied and research the total available market to understand own self market share, competition shares and identify the opportunities for growth.- Generate sales leads, build business justifications to request and present to top management for investment on new product development.

Role- Part of ST Imaging Division (Singapore), working on CMOS Imaging products- Key role to support division in New product development, Time-to-Market and VolumeResponsibilities- Develop test program for new products and released for production- Lead product qualifications by collaborating with cross functional departments (Design, Application, Front-end and Back end processes)- Support division and validate new test fixture/processes in production site- Initiate and implement cost reduction activities- Undertake product transfers and ensure smooth production ramp.

Role- Part of ST Imaging Division in Grenoble (France), working on camera processors.- Key person to bridge and support product development (ST Grenoble) and manufacturing (ST Malta)Responsibilities- Support product development and qualifications- Collaborate with cross function departments at manufacturing site to meet ramp plan (time-to-volume)- Prepare product presentations and training to production engineers- Run meetings with development and manufacturing teams to identify ways to reduce test time and improve production yield- Support and resolve daily production issues
