AirRadio’s Corporate Relationship Manager. I am responsible for the delivery and reporting all aspects of the AirRadio Managed Service Contract to British Airways. A member of the Operations Group for the management of the Contract deliverables, I also have strong links to the Sales Group for the ongoing development of the British Airways Business.Born and educated in the UK, I have an extensive technical background in Electronics and Telecommunications, hold a Certificate in Management Studies from Oxford Brookes and hold Prince 2 certification at Practitioner level. My career began in 1977 as a Telecommunications Engineer in the British Army serving in REME. Serving in Germany, Canada and Northern Ireland, responsible for commissioning, installation and testing of communications equipment. I joined the British Airways Radio Systems and Services Group IN 1987, taking on the role of Project Delivery Manager and have been responsible for a number of projects Worldwide for BA and other airline/airport related customers such as Dubai and Warsaw Airports, Dar es Salaam Airport Company and the Sharjah Police. Post 2000 I was a member of the management team responsible for steering the business through the transition of Speedwing Mobile Communications to AirRadio Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Team Telecom Group in August 2003.
