Achievements:•Successfully installed new Daily Control system which resulted in significantly improved profit margins and increased sales across all departments •Reduced cost base by 10%, improved margin by 4% in sales and 12% in aftersales departments. Managing Director for business of £12m sales and 42 staff. Responsibilities encompassed the setting up of a new identity and culture, driving sales, development of a new customer database, implementation of systems and procedures, building a new management team, profit and loss and delivery capability. Achievements:•In 15 months gained over 7,000 new customers to the business and made profit in first year of business operating.•Installed IT systems across the business.•Achieved top 20% nationally for customer satisfaction and service level retention by changing business culture.•Achieved corporate targets and budget levels in all sales areas of the business.•Successfully grew the vehicle repair business.
