Kraft Analytics provides valuation, litigation support, and transaction advisory services. Kraft Analytics is an affiliate entity of Kraft CPAs PLLC, a Nashville-based accounting and consulting firm founded in 1958. Including affiliates, Kraft has over 250 employees. Prior to joining Kraft, I was an Executive with Crowe Chizek, a top-ten accounting/consulting firm, where I led the Technology and Intellectual Property practice. I began doing litigation support work in 2001 after joining LECG, an international economics and finance consulting firm.My work involves: (i) the valuation of businesses, product lines, assets, intellectual property and other intangibles; (ii) forensic analysis in business disputes as a consulting and testifying expert related to liability, causation, and damages; (iii) transaction advisory services related to valuation, quality of earnings (QoE), due diligence, capital formation, strategy, transaction structuring, and other deal-related economic analysis. I have been retained as an expert in over 300 litigation matters and have testified in federal and state courts before judges and juries, arbitrations, and mediations. I have also been retained as a Trustee and Estate Administrator/Executor. I began my professional career in the venture capital industry in 1987 and later became the President of a software development and systems integration company. I sold my interests in this venture in 1992 to attend the MBA program at Vanderbilt.
