Managing a team of 12 BT employees and 28 security agency workers, I was responsible for ensuring the efficient and economic operation of BT's bespoke and cutting-edge AMC providing a 24/7 response to intruder alarms at over 8000 BT buildings in the UK to NACOSS industry standards.
