I interview and accept new residents for our residential program. A six month program, they are expected to remain drug and alcohol free and actively seeking gainful employment if possible. Much of my duties include trying to restore the self-esteem of these broken Men through Positive reinforcement, delegating responsibilities and holding them accountable for their actions. I have my own system that I was allowed to implement here and it has turned out to be very successful. I would be happy to go into detail in a one on one situation.(Sexton) I am responsible for day to day operation of a very large old building and have to be available 24/7/365 for any emergency or failure of machinery, plumbing, electrical. In the event of break down I am needed to find and supervise any repairs to be made, scheduling logistics. I am responsible for keeping the Church building operational at all times, including all lights and doors,air-conditioning, Heating etc., planning for events, etc.
