As a Head Coach/ Assistant Athletic Director at Percy E.Sutton educational campus I represented the school in all matters related to athletics. It was my responsibility to attend all home athletic contests and/or arrange for proper supervision of home athletic contests by administrative personnel. I wasresponsible for the observation of coaches, players, officials, and spectators at practices andgames. As assistant Athletic Director constantly evaluates the program, always seeking ways ofimproving interscholastic athletics. He/She should encourage good sportsmanship, respect forothers, and self-discipline. I have maintained the athletic departments impeccable student records and academic standards, in such we have passed all yearly PSAL, NY City and State compliance audits, which included attendance, academics, and medical records. I was responsible for preparing all student-athlete eligibility material for review by PSAL Auditors or other approved Department of Education officials.
