I may not have much experience as an employee but I am willing to learn anything as long as I can see that there will potential growth not just in my career but also as an individual.There are 2 things that I consider in choosing a company. First, I am motivated to work in a company that values hard work. And second, I would prefer working in an environment that treat each other as a family.
